• Email package to client with clear review instructions
Approval & Contract
• Receive signed approval on SRD and budget
• Finalize Client Service Agreement with exact details
• Collect 50% deposit before starting work
• KYC Check: Verify client identity for large projects
Project Execution
• Store signed contract securely
• Use project management tool (Asana, Trello, etc.)
• Regular client check-ins
• Document all scope changes with Change Orders
Delivery & Maintenance
• Final payment before source code transfer(Can be done by milestone)
