We will immediately terminate any project involving:

  • –Unlicensed financial services
  • –Unapproved medical/health claims

2.2 Harmful Content

  • –Hate speech or discrimination
  • –Harassment or bullying
  • –Non-consensual intimate imagery
  • –Content promoting self-harm or violence

2.3 Restricted Industries

  • –Adult entertainment
  • –Online gambling
  • –Cryptocurrency trading platforms
  • –Pharmaceutical sales without proper licensing
  • –Weapons manufacturing or sales

2.4 Malicious Activities

  • –Phishing or scamming operations
  • –Malware distribution
  • –Spam generation
  • –Bot networks
  • –DDoS services

3. Client Responsibilities

3.1 Content Provision

  • –Deliver all content in agreed formats and timelines
  • –Ensure content accuracy and legality
  • –Obtain necessary permissions for third-party content

3.2 Decision Making

  • –Designate one primary decision-maker
  • –Provide feedback within agreed timelines
  • –Make timely decisions to avoid project delays

3.3 Cooperation

  • –Provide necessary access to systems
  • –Participate in scheduled reviews
  • –Communicate issues promptly

4. Agency Responsibilities

4.1 Professional Standards

  • –Maintain confidentiality
  • –Meet agreed deadlines (extendable based on change requests)
  • –Communicate proactively about challenges
  • –Maintain professional liability insurance

4.2 Quality Assurance

  • –Deliver work meeting industry standards
  • –Test across required platforms
  • –Document delivered solutions
  • –Provide training as specified

4.3 Ethical Standards

  • –No hidden fees
  • –Honest assessment of capabilities
  • –Transparent time tracking available on request
  • –No subcontracting without client approval

5. Dispute Resolution Process

5.1 Informal Resolution
